“Like” is my word.
I say “Like” far too much - not in a girlie way as seen in the teen movie Clueless, but I’ve noticed that I’m always referencing when I have nothing else to say. I got rid of “Ummm” a few years ago and I’ve replaced it with “Like”. I’d suggest silence over this and other fluff words.
Other words might include:
dude (Big Lebowski exceptions)
man
ummm
yeah
cool
What is a fluff word you could eliminate that would force your brain to think?

“awesome”. I say that word too much and should be using a better word to describe how i feel in different environments.
